  6. Internet predators use many tactics such as flattery, gifts, affection, or even threats to lure their victims.
Never open any files from an e-mail address you don't know because they could be viruses.
  • When in a chat room, use a screen name different from your user name, so you can exit the chat room at any time without worrying about someone being able to track you down.
  1. Your screen name should not include any personal information, such as your name, address, age, or school. An example of a bad user name would be NatanyaPioneeer2010. A good user name would be bookworm222.
